NoMind collects only the information needed to understand interest in our work, respond to inquiries, and improve the website.
Information you provide
If you submit the contact form, we collect your email address and any optional details you choose to provide about your project, stage, constraints, or context.
Website analytics
We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site. This may include page views, referral URLs, UTM parameters, approximate location, device/browser information, session identifiers, and interactions such as form submission events. We do not intentionally send free-form form notes or email addresses to PostHog.
Contact form delivery
We use Resend to deliver contact form submissions by email. Form submissions may include basic attribution context such as referrer, UTM parameters, page URL, browser language, user agent, viewport size, and approximate location supplied by Cloudflare request metadata.
How we use information
- To reply to inquiries.
- To understand what kinds of work visitors are interested in.
- To improve site content, performance, and messaging.
- To detect abuse or operational issues.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers including PostHog, Resend, and Cloudflare to operate the site, analyze usage, and deliver email.
Data retention
We keep inquiry emails and analytics data for as long as useful for business follow-up, site improvement, security, and recordkeeping, unless deletion is requested and we are able to comply.
Your choices
You can use browser privacy controls, tracker blocking, or Do Not Track-style tools to limit analytics collection. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided.
